1. OWNERSHIP
Liquidigloo Artwork Servers, Artwork Portals and Client File Sharing Web Pages, are the sole property of Liquidigloo Limited. Liquidigloo's clients do not have any right of ownership of the server or the content held on them. Any pages displaying client logo's or contact details are for display purposes only.
2. USE & PURPOSE
The Liquidigloo Artwork Servers are purely a designated form of file transfer/online courier service designed to enable fast delivery of files to one or multiple recipients via an online download system. The Servers are NOT and should not be considered as a storage device. Any files or documents on the servers, are there for delivery purposes only.
3. BACK UPS
Clients are responsible for backing up/copying all online content form all accessible pages to a secure offline, or local destination. It is NOT Liquidigloo's responsibility to provide a back up service or to back up any files displayed on the servers. The files online should always be backed up and secured to local storage within the clients own premises.
4. SECURITY
The Liquidigloo Online Servers contain password security access, this is a low level surface security. No personal or protected credit card information or details about individuals or companies should be kept on the servers at any time.
5. PROOFING
It is the clients responsibility to ensure all documents and files are correct at the time of downloading. All files for print, must be checked by the printer and client for correctness before printing. Proof files online are not printers proofs, and should never be used for colour correctness. The Server is a delivery system only, the artwork must be cleared as 'OK to print' by the client after downloading.
6. CANCELLATION OF SERVICE
Liquidigloo has the right to shut-down any artwork server or website/web page at anytime without notice or warning, and does not guarantee a continuous service. Liquidigloo will accept no liability for loss of service, whatever the cause. It is the responsibility of all clients to backup any documents/files to their local machines or storage devices. Liquidigloo can NOT be held responsible for any loss or damages due to the failure of the artwork servers or website/web pages.
7. INVOICING & SERVICES
Invoices from Liquidigloo Limited for Web or Online services are for time spent, or services rendered, they do not entitle the client to ownership of the servers. Copies of the server content in its present state can be requested, but not guaranteed. The client has no rights to the content of the servers, Liquidigloo can stop, refuse access or terminate the servers or web pages at any time, without notice.
8. CONTINUATION OF SERVICE
Liquidigloo will try to ensure a continuous service, but can not guarantee any online services or access to files on the servers. Clients can NOT demand access to the files held online, and have no legal ownership of the files on the servers. It is the clients full responsibility to ensure they have a copy of all files in transit at all times.

Any external hardware or services in use as part of the total service will remain the copyright© of the software developer/provider. Liquidigloo does not have to divulge information or details of any of its suppliers in conjunction with the Artwork Servers.
